224 Ash LLC

In 2003, assembled a core group of fraters to design a plan to restore the house and resurrect the Epsilon Chapter. Served as President and Manager of the LLC until 2011. Received the Grand Prytanis Key Leader Award in 2011.
224 Ash LLC is an Iowa limited liability company that that was formed to purchase and restore the TKE fraternity house at 224 Ash Avenue in Ames, Iowa. In 2002 Epsilon chapter declined and the finances were not sustainable. In 2003, the LLC was formed to purchase the property, renovated the house and reestablished the fraternity with the investment of $1,700,000 from dedicated fraters. Today the house and finances are in excellent condition. As of 2018, the LLC has no debt, a positive cash flow approaching $100,000 and the Chapter was awarded the top TEKE chapter in the nation the past 7 years. |

The Open Arms Institute assisted congregations in starting, recruiting and operating world class early childhood facilities which provide financially sound Christian child development centers which facilitate mission growth and discipleship. Also served as Chairman of Campus Ministry for the Rocky Mountain District of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod. The purpose of Campus Ministry is To impact the university and college communities for the Lord Jesus Christ. |

Sculpture In The Park

Sculpture in the Park showcases over 2,000 pieces of sculpture created by 170 sculptors from around the world. The event is majestically staged against the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains and attracts thousands of art lovers and collectors from across the country. |

Train Operator Volunteer
The GFSM is a huge, 5,500 sq. ft. operating miniature railroad located in Greeley Colorado. The main line of the HO layout is a quarter of a mile long. The layout took over five years to build with more than 27,000 volunteer man hours. Visitors are surrounded by rugged mountains with handmade villages, rivers and bridges including 16,000 fir, 8,000 deciduous and 4,000 aspen trees. |
